Cancellations and refunds can be requested up to 2 weeks prior to the event and must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. There is a $5.00 administration fee for cancellations and refunds. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing. If a refund is approved, a check will be mailed to you.
